Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the magnetic variation of the welding transformer for performing the good welding, by employing a specified stepped waveform synchronizing with the frequency of power source, for settling the firing angle of the switching element included in the welding-power-source- circuit.
CONSTITUTION: In the clock circuit of the block I, the diode 6 and the IC 7 prepare the clock pulse signal for every one cycle of the power source frequency; this clock pulse signal is inputted to the differentiation circuit (slope-timing-settling- circuit) constituted of the capacitors 8, 11, variable resistors 10, 12, etc., for preparing the differential pulse. The AND, of this differential pulse and the power- supply-timing-signal, is made by the gate circuits 15, 14, and is inputted to the analog switches 17, 18. In the firing-pulse-settling-circuit of the block II, the integrator, where the output signal of IC 33 is taken as the reset input signal and the output signal of the operational amplifier 21 is taken as the charge signal, is constituted of the operational amplifier 24, etc., and its output is transferred into the differential pulse by the comparator capacitor 40 including operational amplifier 39, diode 42, etc.; this differential pulse is amplified by the transistor 46, and the phase controlling pulse for the switching element is obtained through the pulse transformer 45.
