CONSTITUTION:An electric power source synchronizing signal outputted from an electric power source synchronizing signal generating circuit 1 is inputted to a microcomputer 2 to execute phase control processing and respective phase controlling element 4 corresponding to the number of circuits are respectively triggered by phase controlling pulses outputted from the microcomputer 2. These phase controlling pulses outputted from the microcomputer 2 are counted by a total counter 3 and, whn the counted value by the counter 3 coincides with the number of the whole phase controlling pulses outputted from the microcomputer 2, the output of the counter 3 is inputted to the microcomputer 2 to switch the microcomputer 2 to an internal information processing mode and operate the processing independently of the ''H'' level of the electric power source synchronizing signal.
