Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the configuration of a capacitor voltage dropping circuit by connecting a series circuit of a main capacitor and a voltage dividing capacitor between a high voltage wire and an earth and connecting an electric device in parallel with the voltage dividing capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A voltage 31 to be dropped is divided by a ratio of the impedances of a main capacitor 32 and a voltage dividing capacitor 33, and a dropped voltage is presented across the capacitor 33.
