Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy stabilization of the power source as well as to reduce the number of the component parts and thus to enhance the reliability for the pulse formtion circuit by realizing operation with one unit of the power source for the system which forms the trigger pulse via the threshold characteristics of the differential amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:One unit only of the power source featuring voltage +VB is used, and at the same time transistor 13 is connected in parallel to transistor 5 of transistor 5 of transistor 4 and 5 forming a differential amplifier. Also the collector of transistor 13 is connected to the power source directly to by-pass the integrating circuit, Thus, a relation of I5/(I5+I13)=R1/R2 is secured between collector current I5 of transistor 5, collector current I13 of transistor 13, and resistance value R1 and R2 of load resistance 7 and 8 repectively. As a result, the delay of the output voltage can be prevented to the input signal via just one unit of the power source of +VB. Furthermore, nearly identical central value can be obtained for the collector voltage of transisor 4 and 5 forming a differential amplifier.
