Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the malfunction at the application of power supply with steep rise, by connecting the emitter and the collector of a PNP transistor between the emitter and the base of the PNP transistor objective to the prevention of malfunction. CONSTITUTION:A collector of a malfunction preventing PNP transistor (TR)Q1 is connected to a base of a PNP TRQ2 being the objective of malfunction and the emitter is connected to a power supply VCC. When a power supply voltage steep in rise is applied, a charging current flows to a parasitic capacitor C1 of the TRQ1 through the emitter and the base. Thus, a current hFE times the charging current of the parasitic capacitor C1 flows to the collector of the TRQ1, and this flows in a parasitic capacitor C2 of the TRQ2 as a charging current, and the current flowing to the capacitor C2 via the emitter and the base of the TRQ2 is very less and only small output current I' is caused.
