Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize working to the change of voltage by mounting a diode between a base and a collector of a transistor in the switching regulator drive circuit consisting of the transistor and a transformer. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal 14 of a rectifying smoothing circuit 13 is connected to the collector of the transistor Q1 through a coil S1 at the primary side of the transformer T1. An emitter of the transistor Q1 is grounded, the base is grounded through a series circuit of a resistor R1, a coil S2 of the transformer T1 and a resistor R2, and the diode D1 is mounted between a node between the coil S2 and the resistor R1 and the collector of the transistor Q1. When the transistor Q1 is at on, the diode D1 is conducted when base currents reach predetermined value or higher, and currents are branched to the collector side.
