Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction by inserting a resistor between the fixed bias point and the base of transistor to increase the noise margin. CONSTITUTION:The injector current source 23 and three I<2>L's consisting of transistors TR7, 8, 9 are connected in series between the power supply terminal 31 and the ground terminal 25. Further, the noise source 24 is connected between the base of TR8 and the ground terminal, and the resistor R is provided between the fixed bias point 30 of the voltage Vcc and the base of TR8. When TR8 is ON and the current noise source 24 is fed to the base, the noise margin is increased by Vcc/R by inserting the resistor R to prevent malfunction.
