Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve an output circuit for a digital circuit low in temperature dependency, by preventing a spike current flowing to an output side circuit, through the provision of two differential amplifiers between an input side circuit and an output side circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply voltage is taken as Vcc, the base voltage of transistors (TRs)14, 17 is respectively as 2/3 Vcc and 1/3 Vcc, and when a high- level signal is applied to an input terminal 4, a TR10 is conductive and the base voltage of a TR15 is at 1/2Vcc, and the base of a TR18 is grounded. The TRs14, 15 in the 1st differential amplifier are respectively conductive and nonconductive. Further, the TRs17, 18 in the 2nd differential amplifier are respectively nonconductive and conductive, a TR23 is conductive with a voltage produced across a resistance 13, and an output terminal 9 is at high level since a TR26 is nonconductive. TR23 is in common-emitter connection, then the voltage drop is small and the temperature dependency is low.
