Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a power amplifying circuit having a high output voltage and a large capacity, by using two NPN transistors in the output circuit. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit of a resistance 6 and a diode 7 is connected between a positive power supply terminal 9 and the output terminal of an operational amplifier 3, and the connection point between the resistance 6 and the diode 7 is connected to the base of an NPN transistor (TR)14 through a resistance 15. A series circuit of a diode 10 and resistances 30 and 11 is connected between the output terminal of the operational amplifier 3 and a negative power supply terminal 13, and the connection point between the resistance 30 and the resistance 11 is connected to the base of a PNP TR26 through a resistance 29 and a diode 28. The collector of the TR26 is connected to the negative power supply terminal through a resistance 27, and the collector is connected to the base of an NPN TR23 through a resistance 25 also, and the emitter of the TR14 and the collector of the TR23 are connected through resistances 18 and 24, and an output is obtained from the connection point between resistances 18 and 24.
