Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase further the virtual time constant by forming a time constant circuit by utilizing the Miller capacity and the microcurrent circuit in the current Miller circuit. CONSTITUTION:Resistance R1 is connected in series to transistors Q1 and Q2, and the constant voltage between the base and the emitter caused by these transistors is supplied to amplifier transistor circuits Q3 and Q4 which are connected by Darlington via resistance R2. Then load resistance R3 is connected to Miller capacity C provided between the base and the collector. Thus, a time constant circuit is formed. In other words, the output-side circuit in the current Miller circuit is used as the Miller integrating circuit, and the CR time constant can be made mu-times as much as the amplification factor of the output-side circuit for the virtual time constant.
