Abstract
PURPOSE:To always secure the balanced differential amplification characteristics, by combining the differential amplifying circuit and the current Miller circuit including the constant current load circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transistors TRQ1 and Q2 form a differential amplifying circuit; and resistances R1 and R2 plus diodes D1 and TRQ3 form a current Miller circuit respectively. Furthermore, the constant current load circuit of the current Miller circuit is formed by TRQ4, resistances 5 and 6 plus diode D2 each. In such circuit, if R1=R2 is satisfied, the same current flows to both R1 and R2. As a result, a constant level is always secured for each collector-base voltage VCB1 and VCB2 of TRQ1 and Q2. Thus the balanced differential amplification characteristics can always be obtained.
