CONSTITUTION:The collector voltages of transistors 1 and 2 are higher than voltage of the point A by the base-emitter voltages of transistors 4, and 3, respectively. However, since the current I1 is nearly equal to the current I3, the collector voltages of transistors 1 and 2 are nearly equal. Accordingly, since the transistors are operated at the operating point which is nearly equal, there is no difference caused by the base width modulation effect, the current amplification factor becomes equal, and the influence of voltage drop due to the base current becomes equal, as well.
