Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate fluctuation of the output, by providing a constant current source which functions to cancel functuation of a power source voltage.
CONSTITUTION: When a voltage is fluctuated in a power source +VCC this fluctuated volage E is applied to collectors of transistors TRs Q1 and Q2 through diodes D1 and D2 to fluctuate the collector current. Since base and emitters are connected commonly between TRs Q1 and Q2 and between TRs Q3 and Q4, fluctuation values of respective collector currents are equal to each other between TRs Q1 and Q2 and between Q3 and Q4. Meanwhile, since the collector of the TRQ1 is connected to a current Miller circuit consisting of diodes D1 and Q5, the fluctuation value of the collector current of a TRQ5 is equal to that of the TRQ1. Similarly, TRs Q3 and Q6 have the same relation. As the result, fluctuation values of collector currents of TRs Q2 and Q4 are offset by each other.
