Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase further the virtual time constant and then to prevent the misoperation at the time of discharge by supplying via the one-way element the input current of the time constant circuit formed through combination of the Miller circuit and the Miller integrating circuit. CONSTITUTION:Resistance R1 which converts the unput power signal into the current signal is connected in series to transistor circuits Q1 and Q2. The constant voltage between the base and the emitter of these transistors is supplied to amplifier transistor circuits Q3 and Q4 which are connected by Darlington via resistance R2, and then load resistance R3 is connected to Miller capacity C provided between the base and the collector. Thus, a time constant circuit is formed. Then the input current formed by R1 is supplied via diode D. As a result, diode D is adversely biased at the discharge time to be cut off, and thus no discharge current is formed through R1 or Q2. Accordingly, the charging and discharging becomes possible with the microcurrent.
