Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a transistor circuit suitable for flowing a large current with a low voltage by interposing adequate resistances with values set, when outputting a current proportional to the collector currents of transistors Darlingtonconnected. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of transistor 11 is connected to the base of transistor 12 via resistor 14 and the collectors of transistors 11 and 12 are connected in common; and the base of transistor 13 is connected to the emitter of transistor 11 and resistors 15 and 16 are connected to the emitters of transistors 12 and 13 respectively. When output currents (i2) and (i3) are extracted from terminals (b) and (c) of this constitution by supplying input current (i1) to terminal (a), setting values R1, R2 and R3 of resistors 14, 15 and 16 with R2/R1 equal to R3/R2 brings about nearly-constant proportional relation between currents (i2) and (i3) without referto current amplification factor (hFE).
