When output currents (i2) and (i3) are extracted from terminals (b) and (c) of this constitution by supplying input current (i1) to terminal (a), setting values R1, R2 and R3 of resistors 14, 15 and 16 with R2/R1 equal to R3/R2 brings about nearly-constant proportional relation between currents (i2) and (i3) without referto current amplification factor (hFE).
