A collector of a transistor 11 is connected to the electric power source Vcc, an emitter is connected to a collector of a transistor 12, a base is connected to the collector of 8, and an emitter of 12 is grounded. The collector of the transistor 10 is connected to the base of the transistors 10, 12 for constituting a current Miller, the base of the transistor 8 is connected to the emitter of the transistor 11, and its connecting point is made an output point.
