CONSTITUTION:A base and a collector of a transistor 6 are connected to an electric power source Vcc, an emitter is connected to a collector of a transistor 8 through a resistance 7, an emitter of the transistor 8 is connected to a collector of a transistor 10 through a resistance 9, and also an emitter of the transistor 10 is grounded. A collector of a transistor 11 is connected to the electric power source Vcc, an emitter is connected to a collector of a transistor 12, a base is connected to the collector of 8, and an emitter of 12 is grounded. The collector of the transistor 10 is connected to the base of the transistors 10, 12 for constituting a current Miller, the base of the transistor 8 is connected to the emitter of the transistor 11, and its connecting point is made an output point. According to this constitution, even if a temperature is varied, a reference bias Va is not varied.
