Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the propagation delay time of a signal line greatly by providing a driving circuit which flows a current to the signal line in response to a propagating signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal voltage sets an OV at a low level and a power voltage VDD at a high level. The 1st voltage level VL is set for the low level side, and the 2nd voltage level VH is set for the high level side. If the voltage of a signal line 1 rises from the low level and exceeds the VL, a detecting circuit 3 outputs a ''1'' to turn on a P channel transistor (TR) 8, and a current flows to the signal line 1, whose voltage is radised rapidly. When the voltage of the signal line 1 drops from the high level below the VH, a detecting circuit 2 outputs a ''0'' to turn on an N channel TR9, lowering the voltage of the signal line 1 rapidly.
