Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of the offset width to shape the waveform stably and surely, by connecting a constant current source, which flows a current smaller than the current of the constant current source for the emitter, to the collector of the other transistor which constitutes a differential amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:For the purpose of giving offset, constant current source 22 is connected to the collector of transistor 13. Current Io' has a relation to satisfy KIo (where I>K>0). When an input signal is given to input terminal 11, current I2 is reduced from the time when the input signal enters the positive range across zero. Since current Io' is flowed to constant current source 22, the collector potential of transistor 20 does not become an H level immediately. When the input signal is increased furthermore and difference between currents I1 and I2 becomes larger than current Io', the collector potential becomes the high level. Thus, offset is given to the input signal.
