Then, a latent image is formed on the photoreceptor without charging due to corona charge, and the film 13 is exfoliated, and thus, the image irregularity due to uneven discharging is prevented by the developing processing, where the latent image is developed through the film 12 by a charged toner 18, because corona discharge is not used, and high-quality copies are obtained without forming the latent image each time.
