CONSTITUTION:A photoreceptor 11 where an insulating layer 13 and a photoconductive layer 14 are formed in order on a conductive supporting material 12 is produced. The primary charging (negative charging due to a corona charger 21) is performed for the photoreceptor simultaneously with or after the irradiation of the primary optical image (shown by arrows).
