Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the thermal overshoot which is caused by the rise control, by changing the set time of a timer for rise with the differential voltage between the voltage corresponding to the temperature of a liquid measured before the control of temperature is applied and the reference voltage that gives a target temperature. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of temperature sensors 7 and 8 is compared with the reference voltage corresponding to a target temperature given from a reference setting power supply 11 through differential amplifiers 9 and 10. The output of the amplifier 9 is supplied to a timer 12, and the output of the amplifier 10 is supplied to a heater driving circuit 13 respectively. When the liquid temperature is slightly lower than a target level, the output voltage of a sensor 7 is also set at a low level. As a result, the output of the timer 12 is turned into a comparatively short pulse. This pulse is supplied to the circuit 13. Thus the voltage which is previously set at a high level is applied to a heater 14 while a pulse is delivered from the timer 12. When no pulse is delivered from the timer 12, the circuit 13 controls the voltage to be supplied to the heater 14 with the output of the amplifier 10.
