Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal overshoot which is caused by the rise control of the liquid temperature, by varying the electric power to be applied during the rise. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of a liquid is detected by temperature sensors 7 and 8, and this output voltage is compared through differential amplifiers 9 and 10 with the reference voltage corresponding to a target temperature given from a reference setting power supply 11 to be supplied to an adder circuit 12. The output of the circuit 12 is supplied to an output circuit 13, and the output of the amplifier 10 is supplied to an output circuit 15. The output of the circuit 15 is supplied to a heater 17 through a reverse current preventing diode 16. In case when the temperature of the liquid is slightly lower than the target level, the output voltage of the circuit 12 is low. Accordingly the level is low for the output of the circuit 13 which is delivered while a timer 14 is active for a certain period of time. As a result, the electric power required for the rise can be reduced.
