Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the thermal overshoot which is caused by the rise control of the fluid temperature, by supplying the electric power required for the rise to a heater by changing the electric power and the time of application of the electric power. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of a liquid is detected by temperature sensors 7 and 8, and this output voltage is compared by differential amplifiers 9 and 10 with the reference voltage corresponding to a target temperature given from a reference setting power supply 11. The difference of voltage is added through an adder circuit 12, and the output of addition is supplied to an electric power amplifier 13. Then the electric power corresponding to the output voltage of the circuit 12 is supplied to an output circuit 14. At the same time, the output voltage of the circuit 12 is supplied to a timer 15, and the output of the timer 15 is made active for the time corresponding to the output voltage of the circuit 12. The electric power supplied from the amplifier 13 is supplied to a heater 18 through the circuit 14 while the timer 15 is active. On the other hand, the output voltage of a differential amplifier 10 is supplied to an output circuit 16. The output of the circuit 16 is supplied to the heater 18 via a reverse current preventing diode 17 to perform the control.
