Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal overshoot which is caused by the rise control of the liquid temperature, by changing the time during which the voltage is applied to a heating part during the rise. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of temperature sensors 7 and 8 is compared with the reference voltage corresponding to a target temperature given from a reference setting power supply 11 through differential amplifiers 9 and 10. These outputs of comparison are supplied to an adder circuit 12. The output of the amplifier 10 is supplied to an output circuit 16, and the output of the circuit 16 is supplied to a heater 18 through a diode 17 to carry out the control. In case when the temperature of the liquid is slightly lower than the target level, the output voltage of the circuit 12 is set at a low level. Accordingly the duration of the output pulse of a timer 13 is small, and the electric power required for the rise delivered from an output circuit 14 can be reduced.
