Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the time until set time is reached and reduce the fluctuations of temperature by supplying current to one heater when liquid temperature is lower than set temperature and supplying current to the other heater when the set temperature is not reached within the set time, with respect to the controlling of the developing solution for photographs or the like.
CONSTITUTION: When a power source switch is turned ON, the 1st heater driving circuit 28 is operated by the output signal of a liquid temperature detector 20 and current is supplied to the 1st heater 10. On the other hand, a timer 26 is operated by way of a differentiating circuit 25 by the output signal of the liquid temperature detector 20. When the liquid temperature reaches the set temperature within the time ts which has been set by a timer 26, no more current is supplied to the 1st heater 10 but unless the set temperature is reached within the set time ts, an AND gate 27 opens at the time t1 to operate the 2nd driving circuit 29, by which current is supplied to the 2nd heater 11. Thereafter, the liquid is heated by the 1st, 2nd heaters and when the set temperature is reached in the time t2, no more current is supplied to the 1st, 2nd heaters. Thereafter, this operation is repeated. In this way, the temperature raising time may be reduced and temperature fluctuations reduced.
