Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent overshooting of a temperature in a chamber by providing a time-limiting circuit which regulates supplying time of electricity to a heater and interrupting time thereto. CONSTITUTION:In supplying time of electricity to a heater is maintained for the longest set time tNo regardless of a following relation: a temperature T1 detected by a thermosensitive element < a set temperature T10 of the thermosensitive element, the heater is interrupted and this tNo is set to a time until a temperatue T2 in a chamber rises gradually to over an aimed temperature T20. T2 is then lowered gradually, and T1 rises steadily because of remaining heat, but interruption of the heater is continued for the shortest set interruption time of the heater tFo, despite T1<T10. After that, with repetition of interruption when T1>T10 and of supplying when T1<T10, the temperature is controlled. In this manner, by setting tNo, tFo of the time-limiting circuit 3 suitably, highly precise temperature control without overshoot is performed.
