Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the output instability of a power unit by a method wherein the output of the other polarity is detected and fed back to the input of the control circuit of a pulse width modulator which controls on time of a switching circuit, in addition to constant-voltage or constant-current control due to feedback, and the output change resulted from the operation of the power unit voltage control circuit is corrected. CONSTITUTION:Power applied to an input terminal 9 is controlled to a suitable voltage through a transistor 10 for power unit voltage control, and the voltage is applied to an output transistor 12 through the primary winding Nc of an output transformer 11. On the other hand, the transistor 10 for power unit voltage control is being driven by a control circuit A14 which detects a positive output voltage via an output voltage detecting resistor 13, and output transistor 12 is being driven by a control circuit B16 which detects a negative output voltage via an output voltage detecting resistor 15.
