Abstract

PURPOSE: To use the output of a differential amplifier as a target signal for slope controlling by connecting two pieces of current requlating resistances in series between a reference potential line and a prescribed voltage source and connecting the intermediate point thereof to an operational amplifier and the prescribed voltage from 0V.
CONSTITUTION: In a target signal generating part 13, welding current regulating resistances 17, 18 are connected in series between a positive potential line +V and reference potential line 0V of an electric power source. The intermediate point (c) of both resistances 17, 18 is connected to the output line from the operational amplifier 27 of a slope signal generating part 14, and the voltage V1 between the sliders of both resistances 17, 18 is inputted to a differential amplifier 35. The output voltage V0 thereof is used as the target value signal of a feedback control system. In the state before the start of slope wherein the output voltage V2 of the amplifier 27 is 0, the output voltage V0 outputted from the amplifier 35 is the target signal for setting, for example, main welding current, and in the state after the rise of the slope wherein the output of the amplifier 27 attains the positive saturated voltage, the output voltage V0 of the amplifier 35 is the target value signal for setting, for example, crater current.
