CONSTITUTION:The output terminals of a self-exciting inveter 20 connected with a capacitor 22 to an input terminal and a separately excited inverter 26 connected with a variable voltage DC power supply 30 through a DC reactor 28 at the input terminal are connected to a load 24. The supply power from the inverter 26 to the load 24 is controlled by the voltage of the power supply controlled by a current regulator 38. The control system of the inverter 26 is operated by the added value of the output of a voltage regulator 34 based on the set value from a setting instrument 32 and the output voltage Vist and the output of a current controller circuit based on the current value Iist of the inverter 20 detected by a detector 40 by an adder 36 as an input.
