PURPOSE:To smoothly make an output voltage respond to a step like change of a reference voltage, by constituting a voltage controlling system and a current controlling system controlling the output current by a current reference signal generated from the voltage controlling system. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage Es is applied to a + input of an of an error amplifier AMP2, an output voltage feedback signal 3 is applied to a - input via a resistor R1 and a voltage controlling system for stabilizing an output voltage E0 by controlling a transistor TRQ2 in accordance with the output of the AMP2 is constituted.
