PURPOSE: To provide a treating unit for water with ozone which keeps the yield and the absorption efficiency of O3 optimum, by constituting the unit in such a way that the O3 concn. of supplied gas is kept constant, and the O3 content of waste O3 gas discharged from the reaction tank is measured so as to normalizing the charging qnantity of O3.
CONSTITUTION: Air or O2 supplied from a blower 1 is dried 2 and sent through a control valve 12 to an ozonizer 3, where O3 is generated.
