Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the variation of qualities of treated water, by changing quickly the impressed voltage of an ozonizer to the value which was a value just before the stopping of a pump for sending water to be treated when the pump is restarted.
CONSTITUTION: In ordinary operation, treated water from the reaction tank 6 is detected by the chromoscope 1, and by using this signal the ozonizer 5 is controlled through the regulator 2, the switch box 4, and the induced voltage regulator (IVR)3. While, when the pump 7 for sending water to be treated is stopped, the voltage of the ozonizer 5 just before the stopping is held by the memory 9 and the voltage of the ozonizer 5 is made almost zero through the IVR3. When the pump 7 is restarted, the switch 13 is operated, the voltage of the ozonizer 5 led through the PT(power transformer)8 is compared with the memory voltage of the device 9 by the comparator 10, and the switch 11 is closed until the values of the both voltages become equal. The IVR3 is operated, and the voltage of the ozonizer 5 is changed quickly into the voltage just before the stopping of the pump 7.
