Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a long sized light receiving surface by integrally solidifying a long sized signal processor and a long sized photoconverter. CONSTITUTION:An ohmic contact layer 303 is formed by doping dopant of P, As or the like to a-Si:H on the surface of an electrode regions 302 of n pieces in one row array on a substrate 301 as a photoelectric converter, and a light receiving layer 304 is formed thereon. A shottky barrier electrode 306 of a charge inhibit diode and a power line electrode 307 are formed thereon. Further, a thin film transistor forming a transfer BBD of the photoelectric converter has a semiconductor layer 308 and source and drain layer 310, and is connected with the electrode 302 to the respective photoelectric converters.
