光ダイオードアレイと、該ダイオードからの発光
を原稿面に集束させる集束手段と、該集束手段と
原稿面との間にもうけられ原稿面からの反射光に
対応する電気出力を提供する読取対象の幅にほゞ
等しい長さの受光センサとを有し、前記発光ダイ
オードアレイの発光ダイオードを順次切換えて発
光させて原稿面を照射し、原稿面からの反射光を
前記受光センサにより受光することを特徴とする
画像読取装置。 (2) 前記受光センサの発光ダイオードアレイに
対向する面が遮光金属電極で覆われることを特徴
