Abstract

PURPOSE: To elevate combustion efficiency by promoting vaporization of fine particles and to enhance combustion capacity by increasing vibrational energy and promoting atomization of combustion oil with regulated vibrator output.
CONSTITUTION: The fine particles of fuel oil atomized by the vibrational energy produced by a vibrator 7 are mixed with combustion air supplied from an air fan 11, then heated by a combustion cylinder 15 heated by an auxiliary heater 20 and evaporated and gasified to form a vaporized mixed gas, and this mixed gas is sent to a flame hole 21 and burned in a combustion chamber 22. On the other hand, the coarse particles which were not perfectly atomized by the vibrational energy are caused to adhere to the first and second vaporizing elements 18 and 19 in the combustion cylinder 15 by the ejecting force of the liquid column formed by the vibrational energy, and the adhering coarse particles are dispersed by the capillary action of the first and second vaporizing elements 18, 19 made of a foamed metal or the like, then heated and vaporized by the heat of the combustion cylinder 15 and sent to the flame hole 21.
