Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the working frequency band without using the diffused resistance and the operational amplifier but by using the 1st and the 2nd current source circuits consisting of the FET the drain current-gate voltage characteristics of which has the squeare properties, thus facilitating an easy formation of IC. CONSTITUTION:The 1st current source circuit 25, consisting of the FET the drain current-voltage characteristics of which has the square properties, is provided along with the 2nd current source circuit 26 which is consitituted with the FET whose drain current-voltage characteristics is nearly equal to the square properties of circuit 25 with the square properties shifted toward the X-axis. Both circuits 25 and 26 are controlled by the input voltage supplied from common input terminal 27, and the current having curves 22 and 23 of the secondary characteristics is delivered through output terminals 28 and 29 and in accordance with the input voltage. These currents are absorbed to the current absorbing part in the form of straight line 24 and through terminal 31. Thus the working frequency band is increased for the linear voltage-current converter, at the same time facilitating an easy formation of IC.
