Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a check precision by providing a feedback shift register which applies respective outputs of the first to the (M-1)th FF to one inputs of the second to the M-th EXOR circuits correspondingly.
CONSTITUTION: In the regular-structure programmable logic array, EXOR circuits 311...31M use the first to the M-th logic iutput lines as one inputs respectively, and FF321...32M receive outputs of the first to the M-th EXOR circuits respectively. Feedback shift register 3 is provided where outputs of FF321...32M-1 are applied to the other inputs of circuits 312...31M correspondingly, and a check input signal sequence is applied to this register 3. The signal sequence generated on logic output lines in parallel as the result is accumulated in register 3 and is converted to a series sighal sequence and is outputted. As a resulet, logic output lines which cannot be refer to directly from the external are referred to indirectly by an observation terminal, so that the check precision can be improved.
