Abstract

The dumpling thus obtained is baked on a frying pan or further baked in a covered pan with an adequate amount of hot water until the water is dried to give the desired natto gyoza (a fried dumpling stuffed with fermented soybeans) which tastes nice with vinegared or mustard soy sauce.
