Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a changeover operation of the initial pressure control without changes of a steam pressure or a sudden change of an opening degree of the control valve in the steam turbine device, by allowing an output signal of the initial pressure controller to follow up an output signal of the speed governor controller when the steam turbine device is controlled by the speed governor controller.
CONSTITUTION: In the combined-cycle plant which comprises a gas turbine (GT), a waste heat recovery boiler to generate a steam by the heat of an exhaust gas from the gas turbine (GT) and a steam turbine (ST) driven by the steam produced from said boiler, a ST controller, comprising an initial pressure controller 51 that controls the front pressure of a ST control valve at constant and a speed governor controller 54 that controls the load, is provided. The initial pressure controller 51, while the control valve 22 is controlled by the speed governor controller 54, switches a selector 73 to such a way as A→C to give a preset value following up a steam pressure transmitter 52 to a subtracter 71 and to leave the device as in a state of zero deviation. While a selector 74 is switched to such a way as E→F to give an output of of the controller 54 to a controller 75.
