Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the stable power transmission/receiving control and to enable the stable supply of the steam to the factory, by performing the power transmission/ receiving control such that the steam flow generated from the boiler or the opening of the bleeding regulation valve will never deviate from the upper and lower limits.
CONSTITUTION: During the power transmission/receiving control the use of the steam will decrease abruptly, and when the opening of the second bleeding regulation valve 28 will exceed the upper limit 26 the deviation e1' will become negative thereby the outputs from a low level priority circuit (LVG) 42 and a high level priority circuit (HVG) 43 will have the deviation e1'. Consequently an arithmetic circuit 44 will provide the output (a) based on said deviation e1' to the first regulation valve 20 thus to squeeze the steam regulation valve and to reduce the amount of steam supplied to the high pressure turbine. Upon the deviation of the steam generated from the boiler form the upper and lower limits 29, 30, it is switched to the control of the steam flow generated from the boiler where the steam flow generated from the boiler is controlled.
