Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a changeover operation without changes of the load or the main steam pressure when the changeover operation is performed into IPR (turbine initial pressure control), by using the full closing of a turbine bypass valve and the reaching to an objective load as a factor of the changeover start to IPR.
CONSTITUTION: In the combined-cycle plant, a generator 3 is driven by a gas turbine 2 simultaneously a steam is generated by an exhaust gas from the gas turbine 2 in a waste heat recovery boiler 7 and a steam turbine 13 is actuated by said steam. To perform a changeover operation of the control of a control valve 12 and IPR at the time of starting, between the reaching to an objective load and the full closing of a turbine bypass valve 17, whichever one comes to occur first, the earlier time of them is determined as the timing of the changeover start. For instance, when the both changeover factors are caused at the same time, IPR changeover operation and a load limiter upper limiting operation of the turbine bypass control resetting are successively performed. While for the full closing of the bypass valve to be caused earlier, an automatic operation of the initial pressure regulator, rising operation of a predetermined value of the turbine bypass valve and upper limit operation of the load limiter are successively performed.
