Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable operation of an extraction turbine with constant vapor amount from a boiler when requiring to abruptly change the bleed supply amount to the turbine by temporarily breaking a control signal from an extraction pressure controller at a factory side to a high pressure steam control valve.
CONSTITUTION: When an accident abruptly occurs at bleeding side of a factory, an abrupt change signal 13 is immediately generated. Then, means 14 operated by the signal 13 temporarily breaks a control signal PA from an extraction pressure controller 10 to a high pressure steam control valve 5 and controls the opening of the valve 5 constant by a governor signal P2 from the governor 8 of a turbine shaft to become regardless of the bleeding pressure in the extraction line 7. Further, the opening of a low pressure control valve 6 is controlled by a control signal PB from the controller 10 to thus vary so as to thereby operate the turbine with constant vapor amount in bleeding operation state.
