Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize easy quantitative analysis of multicomponent gas in a small- sized single apparatus, by providing interference filter for multicomponent gas, solid filter plate for sensitivity adjustment, and exhaust means to evacuate the sample cell. CONSTITUTION:The infrared ray in a specified wavelength range is passed from an infrared ray source 11 into a sample cell 11 sealed with multicomponent gas being measured. The output light is introduced into a specified filter of an interference filter plate 13 having interference filters for multicomponent gas arranged on the circumference, and is passed into a solid filter plate for sensitivity adjustment 14 having solid substance having the same infrared ray absorption characteristics as the multicomponent gas arranged on the circumference. Then an energy of the light is detected by an infrared ray detector 16 through a condenser lens 15. Also, a vacuum pump 19 is connected to the sample cell 12 in order to evacuate the same and perform zero adjustment. Thus, the quantitative analysis of multicomponent gas may be perfored easily, and the construction may be simplified and reduced in size.
