に狭目に設定された赤外線透過波長帯域を有する
ワイドバンドパスフイルターを配設する一方、前
記複数の検出器のうちの前記最前の検出器以外の
検出器夫々の直前に、それ自体及びそれよりも後
方の検出器に対応する測定対象成分による赤外線
の主吸収波長帯域を全て含み且つ全体として可及
的に狭目に設定された赤外線透過波長帯域を有す
るナロウバンドパスフイルターを配設してあるこ
とを特徴とする多成分測定用非分散型赤外線分析
