Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the measurement for sample and light incidence of contrast wavelength plurally at the same time, by providing a light source of white light at the center and arranging the plural number of a solution samle receptacle, a detector and a filter on the circumference of a concentric circle. CONSTITUTION:Filters 14 of measuring wavelength lambda1, lambda2, lambda3 are opposite to samples A, B, C in a reaction receptacle 7 with each other at a certain point of time and the intensity of each transmitted light is detected by detectors D1, D2, D3. A light electric current 21 from a detector 11 is stored in a microcomputer 25 through an amplifier 22, a log transducer 23 and an A/D converter 24. Next, the filters of each contrast wavelength lambda1R, lambda2R, lambda3R of the samples A, B, C are provided next to lambda3 and the intensity of transmitted light of its wavelength is detected by the detectors D1, D2, D3 by rotating a filter support 15 in three steps. The difference of absorbance in two wavelength is found by the computer 25 and is displayed on a printer 26. Hereby, many samples are measured at the same time.
