Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate clogging and improve the durability of shield electrodes by burying the main electrodes opposing portions between the shield electrodes on the back of the base with the same material as that of the base or insulation type resin or other and making said portions to a smooth surface. CONSTITUTION:Copper foil layers are formed on both surfaces of a sheet-form base 8 of insulation characteristic and the copper foils of the portions desired to be left as main electrodes 9 and shield electrodes 10 are covered with an epoxy resin. Next, the copper foils of the uncovered portions are removed by a FeCl3 solution. In this way, the printed substrate 7 having been formed with the electrodes 9, 10 and recesses 11 in the portions opposing to the electrodes 9 is obtained. The same material 12 as that of the base 8 or the material 13 composed of other insulation type resins or inorganics is coated and set so as to bury the recesses 11. Next, the unnecessary portions extruding from the thickness portion of the electrodes 10 are removed, whereby the substrate is finished to a desired printed substrate 16.
