Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の部分から構成されている、前輪と後輪を持つ自動車のための駆動トレ イン: 少なくとも1つの車輪を駆動するための、入り口と出口を持つ、少なくとも1 つの流体モーター; 出口が第1の導管によって前記流体モーターの入り口に接続し、入り口が第2 の導管によって前記流体モーターの出口に接続している、前述の流体モーターを 駆動するための流体流を作り出す、少なくとも1つのポンプ; 前記ポンプをさまざまな速度で駆動するための、少なくとも1つのエンジン; 前記第1の導管と流体的に連絡し、ガス領域に加圧ガスを収蔵しまたある量の 流体を収納している流体集積器; 前記第2の導管と流体的に連絡している、少なくとも1つの流体貯留器; 前記集積器内の圧力を検知し、またその検知した圧力を表す圧力信号を発生す るための圧力検知器; 自動車の運転者による自動車の加速あるいは減速要求を検知するための、パワ ー要求検知手段; 検知したパワー要求と前記圧力信号に対応して、前記流体モーターの排出量を 制御するための、モーター制御器;および 前記圧力信号によって指示された検出圧力の低下に対応し、前記エンジンの速 度を増加させて前記ポンプの排出量を減少させるため、およびエンジン速度が予 め決められた値まで増大した時に前記ポンプの排出量を増やすためのポンプ制御 器。 2.以下の部分から構成されている請求項1記載の駆動トレイン: 異なった容量を持ち、各々が第1の導管に接続された1つの入り口と、第2の 導管に接続され、並列的に接続された複数の流体モーター; 自動車の速度を検出するための自動車速度センサー; 各々のモーター制御器が複数の流体モーターの片方の排出量を制御する、複数 のモーター制御器; 前記パワー要求検出器、前記圧力検出器および前記自動車速度センサーからの 信号を受信するための、受信した信号に対応して前記流体モーターの少なくとも 1つの排出量を選択するための、および前記選択された流体モーターに結合した モーター制御器へ制御信号を送るための、前記ポンプ制御器に信号を送り、前記 圧力信号に応答して前記ポンプの排出量を変化させ、検出されたパワー要求に対 応した走行を行う計算機手段。 3.請求項1記載の駆動トレインで、そのうち前記1つの流体モーターが1組の 車輪を駆動し、前記駆動トレインがさらに第2、第3の流体モーターから成って おり、前記第2、第3の流体モーターの各々が前記1組の車輪以外の1つの車輪 を駆動し、また複数のモーター制御器で、その各々が記述のパワー要求に応答し て前記流体モーターの1つを制御するもの。 4.請求項1記載の駆動トレインで、さらに第2、第3および第4の流体モータ ーから成り、前記流体モーターの各々が1つの車輪を駆動し、また複数のモータ ー制御器から成り、そのモーター制御器の各々が検知されたパワー要求に応答し て前記流体モーターの1つの排出量を制御するもの。 5.請求項1記載の駆動トレインで、第2のポンプとその第2のポンプを駆動す る第2のエンジンから成り、その第2のポンプは第1の導管と流体的に接続した 1つの出口と第2の流体貯留器と流体的に接続した1つの入り口を持ち、前記1 つのエンジンは自動車の高効率における平均的なパワー要求を提供する寸法であ り、前記第2エンジンは前記第1エンジンよりも実質的に寸法の大きなもの。
