Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に給油ポンプの液体燃料のような液体の体積を計量する装置であって、少 なくとも2本の互いに噛合うスクリュースピンドルが備えられ、該スクリュース ピンドルを通って液体が軸線方向に流れることが可能であり、前記各スクリュー スピンドルはそれらの端部がハウジングに取付けられており、容易に回転動作す るようになっている。ハウジングは液体が流通することができる計量チャンバを 備えており、その中には、スピンドルの1本と堅固に結合された励磁ディスクが 設けられ、該励磁ディスクはハウジングの端部に設けられた検知器と協働すべく 回転することが可能なものにおいて、励磁ディスク(4)は複数の磁石(5)を 備え、磁石は円周状に配置され、ディスク(4)の軸線方向に作用をする。与え られた領域において、励磁ディスク(4)はハウジング内のギャップ(13)を 貫通し、ギャップ(13’)の壁の領域に配置された少なくとも2つの磁石感知 検知器(6,6’)がディスクの上方又は下方に係合する。 2.検知器(6,6’)はホール効果センサであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1に記載の装置。 3.計量チャンバ(17)は分離した検知器チャンバ(7)を含み、該チャンバ の外壁がギャップを形成していることを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2いずれか 1項に記載の装置。 4.検知器チャンバ(7)は、スピンドルハウジング(1)に取付けられたハウ ジング部分(12)に割当てられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至3の いずれか1項に記載の装置。 5.ディスク(4)には8個の磁石(5)が設けられ、ディスク(4)上に円周 状に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至4のいずれか1 項に記載の装置。 6.ディスク(4)の直径はスクリュースピンドル(3)の直径と概略一致して いることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 7.チャンバの外側の壁(13’)と向い合うギャップ壁(13”)は、スピン ドルベアリング上の仕切(19)からなり、仕切には開口(19’)が含まれて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.回転速度の測定配置による減少後に残った流路の断面積は、流路の最小断面 積よりも大きいか、又は等しいことを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至7のいずれか 1項に記載の装置。 9.チャンバ(7)は2個以上のホール効果センサを含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 10.励磁ディスクは円板であって滑らかな表面を有することを特徴とする請求の 範囲1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
