Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.12%〜50%の結合剤、5%〜50%の金属被覆された超砥粒、少なく とも10%の気孔、及び2%〜20%の固体潤滑剤を含んでなる、ガラス質結合 剤の研削工具。 2.4%〜10%のフィラーと0%〜20%の第2砥粒をさらに含む請求項1 に記載のガラス質結合剤の研削工具。 3.金属被覆された超砥粒が、チタン、銅、ニッケル、及びそれらの合金、及 びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された金属で被覆されたダイヤモンド である請求項1に記載のガラス質結合剤の研削工具。 4.金属被覆された超砥粒が、重量で0.5%〜35%のチタンを被覆された 合成ダイヤモンドである請求項3に記載のガラス質結合剤の研削工具。 5.固体潤滑剤がグラファイトである請求項1に記載のガラス質結合剤の研削 工具。 6.ガラス質結合剤の研削工具が、結合剤、金属被覆された超砥粒、及びグラ ファイトを含む混合物を、型の中で、約600〜900℃の温度で約1分間〜4 時間にわたってホットプレスすることによって得られた砥石である請求項5に記 載のガラス質結合剤の研削工具。 7.ガラス質結合剤の研削工具が、金属被覆されていないダイヤモンドを含む 同等なガラス質結合剤の研削工具の少なくとも2倍を超える破壊係数を有する請 求項6に記載のガラス質結合剤の研削工具。 8.ガラス質結合剤の研削工具が、金属被覆されていないダイヤモンドを含む 同等なガラス質結合剤の研削工具の少なくとも2倍を 超える、セラミック材料の表面研削におけるG比を有する請求項6に記載のガラ ス質結合剤の研削工具。 9.セラミック材料がサファイアである請求項8に記載のガラス質結合剤の研 削工具。
