Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一体の光学的生検鉗子であって、柔軟なカテーテル胴体部であって前記カ テーテル胴体部を貫通するボアと近端部と遠端部とを有する柔軟なカテーテル胴 体部と、前記カテーテル胴体部を通って延びる光学繊維であって、前記光学繊維 は、電気光学の組織分析装置へ接続するための前記近端部において適合され、前 記光学繊維の遠端部が、前記カテーテル胴体部の前記遠端部に位置し、前記光学 的監視軸が、前記カテーテル胴体部の遠方先端部に隣接する組織分析区域のため に整列される光学繊維と、生検の切断運動において選択的な開放及び閉鎖のため に前記カテーテル胴体部の前記遠端部において取りつけられる切断顎部であって 、前記切断顎部は前記組織分析区域において前記光学監視軸上に閉鎖された切断 位置を有する切断顎部と、前記顎部に機能的に接続された作動機構であって、前 記作動機構が、前記切断顎部の開放及び閉鎖を前記近端部から選択的に制御して 光学的な前記組織分析区域の正確な位置から生検試料を切断するために、前記カ テーテル胴体部の前記近端部へ延び、前記作動機構は、制御ワイヤの軸方向の移 動によって前記切断顎部の開放及び閉鎖を生じさせるために前記切断顎部へ接続 された前記制御ワイヤを有する一体の光学的生検鉗子。 2.前記切断顎部は、前記光学的監視軸内に同軸に位置する請求項1に記載の 鉗子。 3.前記切断顎部が共に開放及び閉鎖する時に、前記作動機構が前記光学繊維 の前記遠方先端部を延ばす又は引っ込める請求項1に記載の鉗子。 4.前記カテーテル胴体部は、前記光学繊維に連結された管状部材を有し、前 記作動機構は、スライダに関する運動のために前記操 作部へ取り付けられた前記スライダを有し、前記制御ワイヤは前記スライダへ接 続され、前記スライダは、差動的に前記管状部材を押して前記切断顎部を開放し て前記光学繊維の前記先端部を延ばし、前記制御ワイヤ及び前記管状部材を引い て前記光学繊維の前記先端部を引っ込めて生検試料を採取する時に前記切断顎部 を閉鎖する請求項3に記載の鉗子。 5.一体の光学的生検鉗子であって、前記鉗子の近端部と遠端部との間に延び る同軸の内側管状部材及び外側管状部材を有する柔軟なカテーテル胴体部と、一 対の対向する切断顎部と、生検の切断運動において選択的な開放及び閉鎖のため に、前記顎部を取り付けるために、前記鉗子の前記遠端部において前記外側管状 部材へ接続される取り付け部材と、前記カテーテル胴体部の前記内側管状部材を 通って延びる光学繊維であって、前記光学繊維の前記遠端部が、前記先端部を有 する前記カテーテル胴体部の前記遠端部に位置し、前記光学繊維に隣接する光学 的監視領域が、閉鎖された切断位置において前記顎部の接触領域に位置する光学 繊維と、制御ワイヤであって、前記制御ワイヤの軸方向の移動によって、前記顎 部の開放及び閉鎖を生ぜしめるために前記顎部へ接続される制御ワイヤと、前記 鉗子の前記近端部における制御操作部であって、前記制御操作部は、前記制御操 作部の電気光学組織分析装置への接続のために、前記光学繊維の前記近端部を受 け入れ、前記内側管状部材、前記外側管状部材及び前記制御ワイヤを受け入れる 制御操作部とを具備し、前記制御操作部は、差動的に前記外側管状部材を押しか つ前記制御ワイヤ及び前記内側管状部材を引くために、前記光学繊維の先端部を 引っ込めて前記切断顎部を閉鎖し、それにより光学的組織分析の監視の正確な領 域において生検試料の採集をする一体の光学的生検鉗子。 6.前記作動機構は、前記操作部へ取り付けられかつスライダに関して移動可 能な前記スライダを有し、前記制御ワイヤは、前記スライダへ固定され、前記ス ライダは、前記制御ワイヤを引いて前記顎部を閉鎖し、前記スライダは、前記内 側管状部材を押して前記顎部を開放する請求項5に記載の鉗子。 7.前記内側管状部材は、前記光学繊維へ接続されかつ前記カテーテル胴体部 の軸方向に移動可能である遠方の管の部分を有する請求項5に記載の鉗子。 8.前記内側管状部材の前記遠端部は、前記取り付け部材と協働し、前記遠方 の管の部分と、前記遠方の管の部分へ接続された前記光学繊維とのために制限停 止部を付与する請求項7に記載の鉗子。 9.一体の光学的生検鉗子であって、外側管状部材によって受け入れられる内 側管状部材を有する柔軟なカテーテル胴体部であって、前記カテーテル胴体部は 近端部及び遠端部を有するカテーテル胴体部と、前記内側管状部材内に受け入れ られかつ前記カテーテル胴体部を通って延びる光学繊維であって、前記光学繊維 は、前記近端部において電気光学組織分析装置へ接続するのに適し、前記光学繊 維の前記遠端部は前記カテーテル胴体部の前記遠端部に位置し、前記光学的監視 軸は、前記カテーテル胴体部の前記遠方先端部に隣接する組織分析領域のために 整列される光学繊維と、生検切断運動において選択的な開放及び閉鎖のために前 記カテーテル胴体部の前記遠端部において取り付けられる切断顎部であって、前 記切断顎部は前記光学的監視軸と同軸に配置される切断顎部と、前記顎部へ機能 的に接続されかつ前記カテーテル胴体部の前記近端部へ延びる作動機構であって 、前記作動機構は、制御ワイヤの軸方向の移動によって前記切断顎部の開放及び 閉鎖を生じさせるために、前記切断顎部へ接続された前記制御ワイヤを有する一 体の光学的生検鉗子。 10.前記外側管状部材はコイルであり、前記内側管状部材は管である請求項 9に記載の一体の光学的生検鉗子。 11.前記内側管状部材は前記外側管状部材と同軸である請求項9に記載の一 体の光学的生検鉗子。 12.前記切断顎部が、前記切断顎部を通る前記内側管状部材を受け入れる請 求項9に記載の一体の光学的生検鉗子。 13.一体の光学的生検鉗子であって、外側管状部材によって摺動可能に内側 管状部材を有する柔軟なカテーテル胴体部であって、前記カテーテル胴体部が近 端部及び遠端部を有し、前記内側管状部材は前記外側管状部材と同軸に配置され 、前記内側管状部材は、前記光学繊維が前記内側管状部材と同軸であるように、 前記管状部材を通して光学繊維を受け入れるのに適している柔軟なカテーテル胴 体部と、生検切断運動において選択的な開放及び閉鎖のために前記カテーテル胴 体部の前記遠端部において取り付けられた切断顎部であって、前記切断顎部が前 記内側管状部材と同軸に配置される切断顎部と、前記顎部へ機能的に接続されて 前記カテーテル胴体部の前記近端部に延びる作動機構であって、前記作動機構は 、制御ワイヤの軸方向移動によって前記切断顎部の開放及び閉鎖を生ぜしめるた めに前記切断顎部へ接続された前記制御ワイヤを有する作動機構とを具備する一 体の光学的生検鉗子。 14.前記切断顎部が、前記切断顎部を通る前記内側管状部材を受け入れる請 求項13に記載の一体の光学的生検鉗子。
